Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines, seeks an IT Recruitment Consultant to support Australian clients from a remote, day-shift setup. You will source candidates for technical roles, screen, interview, and coordinate references while translating hiring needs into engaging postings and maintaining pipelines.

You will use internal tools to track candidates, manage CV conversions, and contribute to daily marketing efforts to generate leads.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of agency recruitment for technical labor-hire roles (ACT or Australia).
• Experience with Federal Govt roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process and activities such as sourcing/identification of candidates for technical roles, screening, interviews, reference checks, and developing position descriptions.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in interactions with potential candidates.
• Translate hiring requirements into job postings that are creative and engaging to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, talent pools, and the hiring process using our internal tools.
• Manage the conversion of original CVs into the company format.
• Design and execute daily marketing strategies to capture leads via online ads and social media, with comprehensive marketing training provided.
