Job summary
ConnectOS is seeking an experienced recruitment professional in Metro Manila to headhunt top IT, SaaS, and AI talent. You will build targeted passive candidate lists and actively cold-call senior professionals while aligning with KPIs and targets.
You will manage submissions with strong candidate summaries and maintain CRM integrity. The role offers a work-from-home arrangement and growth opportunities within a technology-focused recruitment firm.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in recruitment headhunting.
- Experience recruiting in IT, SaaS, and AI.
- Proven track record headhunting passive candidates outside job boards.
- Confident cold-calling of senior professionals.
- Experience working to targets and KPIs.
- Disciplined use of an ATS or recruitment CRM.
Responsibilities
- Build targeted lists of passive candidates.
- Cold-call candidates via company switchboards.
- Sell opportunities and handle objections.
- Question candidates and assess against the brief.
- Submit qualified candidates, not just CVs.
- Produce accurate candidate summaries and maintain CRM records.
- Deliver against targets for conversations, submissions and interviews.
