Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a remote role based in the Philippines. You will attract qualified candidates across channels, articulate our value propositions, and screen applicants to validate experience, education and skills.

You will summarize candidates for decision-makers and coordinate interview processes while delivering data-driven updates. You should bring 2+ years in sourcing or recruiting in fast-paced environments, with strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience sourcing for Operations, professional, IT and/or sales roles.
• Ability to strategize and develop creative methods to attract talent and build pipelines.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ATS/database systems.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with behavioral, situational and/or competency-based interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Leverage relevant channels and tools to attract qualified candidates for open roles.
• Articulate Corpay’s employee and client value propositions persuasively.
• Interview applicants to validate work experience, education, skills, competencies and salary requirements.
• Concise candidate summaries from phone screens and recommendation of qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interview activity with timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven updates to HR leadership on recruiting progress.
