Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a Filipino-based Recruiter to support engineering, cybersecurity, and AI hiring as an independent contractor. You will own end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and outreach to candidate management and interview coordination—working directly with the founder in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

This remote role aligns primarily with US Central Time hours, with flexibility for overlap and deliverables, and offers competitive monthly compensation plus performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in technical hiring.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience placing technical roles and understanding candidate markets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles independently.
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment workflows.
• Comfortable working with a founder in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, direct outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, shortlisting.
• Write and post compelling and accurate job advertisements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and clients.
• Support founder with talent mapping and market insights.
• Manage recruitment workflows and ATS systems.
