OpsArmy is seeking an Interview Coordinator / Scheduler for a fully remote role. You will review applications, coordinate interviews, and maintain an efficient interview pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The position follows Eastern Time business hours with occasional weekend prep to support Monday interviews. Responsibilities include reviewing 20–60 applications daily, scheduling 12–20 interviews per day, and maintaining accurate ATS records.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review 20–60 applications daily and identify qualified candidates.
• Contact candidates and schedule 12–20 interviews per day.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Verify RBT certifications through the BACB Registry when applicable.
• Follow up with unresponsive candidates and re-engage qualified applicants during slower periods.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Keep the interview pipeline organized and moving efficiently.
