Job summary

OpsArmy Careers is seeking an Interview Coordinator to support a fast-paced hiring team focused on behavioral therapist recruitment. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and communication with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth process from screening through offer.

The role requires exceptional English communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage 30–40 interviews per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume scheduling (30–40 interviews per week).
• Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, or recruiting operations.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers.
• Collect and confirm candidate availability after initial screening.
• Communicate scheduling options with interviewers and hiring team members.
• Send calendar invites and meeting links for interviews.
• Send reminders to candidates and interviewers before scheduled interviews.
• Follow up with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Track interview progress and scheduling updates in the system.
• Manage candidate outreach and follow-ups using communication tools.
• Help reduce candidate withdrawal by maintaining timely and consistent communication.
• Support post-interview coordination and offer stage logistics.
