Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking an Interview Coordinator to support a fast-paced hiring team focused on behavioral therapist recruitment. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and communications to ensure a smooth process from screening through offer stage.

The role requires exceptional English communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume scheduling (30–40 interviews per week). Experience in healthcare recruitment or coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, or recruiting operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers.
• Confirm candidate availability after screening and coordinate with the hiring team.
• Send calendar invites and interview links; manage reminders and rescheduling as needed.
• Track interview progress and updates in the system; communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Support post-interview logistics and offer-stage coordination.
