Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an International Admissions & Enrollment Specialist to guide international students through US university applications, ensuring compliance and a smooth admissions journey. This remote, full-time role emphasizes patient guidance and proactive outreach.

You will handle inquiries, conduct outbound follow-ups, explain policies, and document interactions in CRM. Requires 3–4+ years in customer support, US schedule alignment, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of customer support experience.
• Must be able to work a fixed 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though strong candidates without a degree may be considered.
• Experience in education recruitment, admissions, sales, or student advisory roles preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and comfortable speaking on the phone regularly.
• Willingness to work US schedule long-term.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international students seeking guidance on university applications and admissions processes.
• Make strategic outbound calls to follow up on online form submissions from university webpages.
• Conduct effective cold calling and engage with hot leads to convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Provide patient, detailed explanations of application compliance policies and requirements.
• Answer complex questions about admissions procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines.
• Maintain professional, culturally sensitive communication with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Follow up consistently on student inquiries and track application progress.
• Collaborate with team members to meet conversion targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
