Job summary

SOL Edu & Migration is seeking an Admissions Officer to manage student applications, support applicants through enrollment, and drive conversions. This remote role handles end-to-end document processing, CRM updates, and expert admissions consultations.

You will conduct virtual consultations, follow up on leads, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining high levels of customer service for prospective students seeking programs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in admissions, admin, student services, or sales roles.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and standard office software.
• Excellent written and verbal English with active listening.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time).
• Attention to detail in verifying documents.

Responsibilities

• Process student applications, verifying accuracy and compliance.
• Edit and manage document formats to maintain complete files.
• Maintain and archive administrative files and student documentation.
• Liaise with prospective students to collect missing documents.
• Update and maintain accurate student records and CRM logs.
• Ensure data integrity across pipelines.
• Track progress and generate reports on lead status.
• Provide guidance on courses, requirements, and procedures.
• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations with students.
• Follow up with inquiries and leads to drive enrollments.
