WeAssist seeks a Full-Time Intake Specialist for a remote position. You will handle inbound calls, texts, and social media inquiries, entering details into House Call Pro and handing off qualified leads to the team.

The role emphasizes rapid response, data accuracy, and adherence to SOPs. You’ll work in a family‑oriented environment with room to grow into rough estimates and scheduling while staying connected via Slack, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.

Qualifications

• Must have strong phone communication skills and a polite, engaging manner.
• Experience handling inbound calls and lead intake (admin, call center CSR, legal intake, or general intake roles).
• Attention to detail in data entry—names, contacts, project details recorded accurately.
• Able to craft polite, clear text messages and chat responses quickly.
• Comfortable managing calls, texts, social media messages, and CRM alerts simultaneously.
• Follows written and video SOPs and can work independently.

Responsabilités

• Inbound Calls & Text Follow-Ups: Answer calls via LinkedPhone, manage under 10 calls/day, capture caller details, text prospects, monitor voicemails.
• Social Media & Web Lead Intake: Manage Facebook/Instagram messages, website forms, enter leads into CRM.
• Fast Response & After-Hours Lead Review: Respond within 15 minutes during business hours, escalate as needed.
• Lead Qualification & Service Filtering: Qualify leads per SOP, decline unsupported requests, update criteria.
• CRM Entry & Team Handoff: Log data in House Call Pro and notify team for estimates.
• Growth Into Estimates & Scheduling: Learn rough estimates and schedule in-person estimates.
• Downtime & Proactive Support: clean data, update SOPs, handle admin tasks.
