Responsibilities

• Log and track incoming jobs, verify criteria, and move them through the active pipeline.
• Coordinate with sales to confirm inspection dates and milestones.
• Contact insurance companies to obtain documents and track status weekly.
• Assist with field data collection and entry to generate inspection reports and estimates.
• Track appraisals and status; communicate updates to internal teams.
• Provide information to invoicing upon appraisal approval and ensure proper close.
