The role centers on coordinating active restoration and construction jobs, tracking data in Alby and Excel, and maintaining clear client communication in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate is fast, precise, and detail‑obsessed, with strong English skills and the ability to move multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination experience in construction/restoration or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Full Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Experience using job management or project tracking software (Alby training provided).
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Speed and accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter mentality; proactive action.

Responsibilities

• Job Coordination & Tracking: Manage multiple active restoration/construction jobs in Alby; keep data current across spreadsheets and Alby; monitor progress and address delays.
• Excel & Spreadsheet Management: Build and maintain detailed job-level spreadsheets; audit for accuracy.
• Client Communication (Calls & Email): Make outbound calls, handle inquiries, follow up, and maintain professional written communication.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Use Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams daily to produce documentation and reports.
• Multitasking & Prioritization: Handle high volume of tasks; prioritize and flag issues for the team.
