• Strong attention to detail, especially for Excel-based quotation tracking and portal application forms.
• High discretion — this role handles confidential client financial data.
• Self-directed; reliable without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compare life insurance quotations across insurers
• Log quotation details accurately into Excel
• Complete and submit insurance applications through insurer portals
• Track and follow up on outstanding insurance claims
• Chase insurers for updates on pending applications
• Manage claims-related correspondence end-to-end
• Respond to routine client and insurer enquiries by email
• Liaise with insurers and clients by email (no calls)
• Use WhatsApp for quick clarifications or missing information
• Download and collate investment-related documents as needed
