Job summary

D2B is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support transactional sales, quotes and order progression from our hybrid Philippine location. You will work closely with Client Managers and leverage HubSpot and vendor systems to ensure timely, accurate quotes and information.

This role emphasizes detail, professional communication, and the ability to identify cross-sell opportunities while coordinating with Australian teams and vendors. A growth-oriented, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inside sales, sales support or related commercial role.
• Experience with technology and Microsoft solutions is desirable but not essential.
• Experience using CRM, quoting, accounting, vendor or distributor systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned sales support activity from request through completion.
• Prepare accurate quotes for hardware, licensing and services.
• Coordinate with Client Managers on transactional sales from request to order.
• Confirm pricing, availability, lead times and terms with vendors/distributors.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate follow-up with Client Manager.
• Liaise with subject matter experts for complex quotes and orders.
• Follow up quotes and customer inquiries with timely actions.
• Maintain vendor programs, promotions and product information.
• Share market observations with Client Manager and Chief Revenue Officer.
• Escalate issues to the Client Manager or Chief Revenue Officer as needed.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
• Support tender and RFP responses with required information.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy for opportunities, quotes and activities.
• Use HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Teams, D-Tools and distributor portals accurately.
