Job summary

D2b is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative (Remote) to join the revenue team. You will quote hardware, software licenses, and services, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate with vendors and clients to drive revenue from quotes to renewal.

In this role you will work with Client Managers and respond to customer inquiries, while ensuring accurate records in HubSpot, D-Tools, and Microsoft 365. This is a full-time remote position aligned with AU business hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in inside sales or related B2B roles.
• Experience with technology, cloud, or Microsoft solutions is valued.
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot) and quoting portals is desirable.
• Strong attention to pricing, margins, and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Quote preparation and execution for hardware, software licenses, and services.
• Manage transactional sales from quote to order and handover to delivery/finance/ops.
• Liaise with vendors and distributors for pricing, availability, and promotions.
• Identify renewals, add-ons, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities.
