Job summary

D2B in Manila is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to partner with Client Managers and drive revenue through precise quoting, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

You will own quotes from inquiry to order, liaise with vendors, manage renewals, and ensure accurate CRM records using HubSpot, D-Tools, and Microsoft 365. This is a proactive, full-time role aligned to AU business hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in inside sales or sales support in a B2B tech environment.
• Experience with technology, cloud, or Microsoft solutions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRMs and quoting portals is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare precise, timely quotes for hardware, software licensing, and services.
• Manage quotes through to acceptance and handover to delivery or finance.
• Coordinate with vendors and distributors to confirm pricing and lead times.
• Track renewals and identify add-ons or upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal experts to support complex solution builds.
• Maintain accurate sales records in HubSpot, D-Tools, and Microsoft 365.
• Assist with gathering product specs and pricing for proposals and tenders.
