Job summary

D2B is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through precise quoting, renewals management, and vendor coordination. You will work with Client Managers and directly with customers on quotes and solution inquiries.

You will manage the quote-to-order process, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure data accuracy in CRM and quoting tools while helping the team hit gross margin and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in inside sales, sales support, or related B2B environment.
• Experience with technology, cloud, or Microsoft solutions is nice-to-have.
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot) and quoting portals is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare precise quotes for hardware, software licensing, and services.
• Own transactions from request to order and handover to delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors/distributors for pricing and availability.
• Identify renewals and simple add-on opportunities from client history.
• Respond to inquiries and align with internal experts on complex builds.
• Maintain accurate sales records and activities in HubSpot and related tools.
