Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Experience with AS400 or similar mainframe systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints.
• Lead pre-sale activities: product knowledge, quoting, and order entry.
• Ensure post-shipment follow-through and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate customer pricing.
• Support quoting and order fulfillment with sales managers and reps.
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Track multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
