Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Sales Support Associate for a remote role. You will generate and qualify sales opportunities, engage with prospective clients across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and other platforms, and provide administrative and marketing support to the sales team.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or marketing, 2–3 years in inside sales or lead generation, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office or

• 2–3 years in inside sales, sales support, or lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients via email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop understanding of products, services and value proposition.
• Qualify sales opportunities and maintain CRM records.
• Schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
• Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.
• Provide admin support for sales, campaigns and events.
