Job summary

SmartScale360 is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Remote) to support a U.S.-based business by managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and driving high-quality appointments.

The position requires 5+ years in inside sales or related fields, excellent English communication, and CRM experience. You will work remotely from the Philippines, align with U.S. hours, and contribute to scripts, follow-ups, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Inside Sales, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.
• Proven success converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong phone presence with confidence, professionalism, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and lead management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contact inbound and outbound leads to maximize appointment and sales opportunities.
• Qualify prospective customers and schedule high-quality appointments based on company criteria.
• Build rapport and handle objections professionally to improve lead conversion.
• Manage CRM records by documenting customer interactions, follow-ups, and appointment details.
• Re-engage aged and inactive leads through structured follow-up campaigns.
• Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations through proactive customer communication.
• Maintain organized sales pipelines and ensure no opportunities are overlooked.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve sales scripts, messaging, and conversion strategies.
• Share customer insights and sales feedback to enhance the customer journey and overall sales performance.
• Support onboarding and coaching initiatives by assisting with training and mentoring new appointment setters.
