Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• At least 3 years proven experience in a sales-focused role.
• Strong Sales and/or Vendor Relationship background.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work independently and proactively.
• Preferred: experience in events, hospitality, or venue sales.
• Remote freelancer experience for US company.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Track leads and opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain CRM records and keep pipeline data current.
• Schedule sales calls, venue tours, and client meetings.
• Assist with proposal preparation and client communications.
• Research prospective clients, companies, and event opportunities.
• Coordinate follow-up tasks and sales activities.
• Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
