Job summary

Assist World seeks a full-time Sales & Appointment Setting specialist to drive outbound outreach, manage the CRM, and book qualified meetings for the co-founder. The role is fully remote and fast-paced, requiring independence and smart use of AI tools.

You will target B2B enterprise event managers, maintain HubSpot CRM, and hit 30+ outbound calls per day with a minimum of 10 booked demos per month, with flexible hours to align with founders in different time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in B2B sales, appointment setting, or SDR/BDR roles.
• Strong hands-on fluency in HubSpot (or a comparable CRM).
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up outreach and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound sales outreach and follow-ups to book meetings/demos with target B2B enterprise prospects.
• Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), keeping records and pipeline stages current.
• Use AI-assisted sales tools to work efficiently rather than manual data entry.
• Hit a minimum activity target of 30+ outbound calls/touches per day.
• Deliver at least 10 booked appointments/demos per month.
• Self-source leads in addition to provided data; join weekly team meetings and flexible in time zones.
