Job summary

Aether Infinimini Solutions Corp is seeking a proactive Sales Support / Events Coordinator to help plan and execute promotional events, brand activations, and trade shows in Metro Manila. You will work closely with external organizers, venues, and vendors to ensure events run smoothly and meet brand standards.

Responsibilities include inventory tracking, on-site logistics, and supporting the sales team with lead data entry and pre-event outreach.

Qualifications

About you

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or Canva is a plus
• High energy, detail-oriented, adaptable under tight event deadlines
• Eager to learn sales and marketing operations
• Willingness to travel locally to event sites and work flexible hours (occasional evenings and weekends during major events)
