Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an Implementations Support Associate to optimize onboarding and implementation lifecycles for Fieldguide clients. You will process multi‑layered source documentation, manage data configuration, and perform core system setup tasks as a fully embedded remote team member.

You will work with Word/Excel, improve data accuracy across complex documents, and gain exposure to client-facing delivery as your proficiency grows within a collaborative, DEI‑driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or master’s preferred.
• 1–2 years of foundational experience in accounting support, data aggregation, or back-office processes.
• Strong data entry accuracy and English language comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-layered source documentation and perform data configuration in Fieldguide hub.
• Execute core system setup tasks and data extraction with high accuracy.
• Support onboarding and implementation lifecycle; act as embedded remote team member.
• Cross-train to transition into client-facing delivery roles.
