Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Senior Associate to support investment and wealth management operations for regional clients. You'll review cash wire instructions, reconcile records, and manage high-volume client communications with precision.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder collaboration, deadline-driven delivery, and continuous process improvement, including onboarding transitions and documentation updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in Investment/Asset Management, Wealth Management or Private Banking.
• Strong client relationship management capabilities.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and portfolio management.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical thought process.

Responsibilities

• Review and process cash wire instructions daily and ensure all information is accurately recorded and appropriately communicated.
• Perform daily reconciliation of records and promptly identify, investigate and communicate discrepancies to Offshore and Onshore teams.
• Manage client communications and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Monitor, prioritize and complete client requests with a high level of accuracy, quality and timeliness.
• Manage a high volume of email queries and prioritize effectively.
