You will gather customer requirements, configure the platform, and deliver data models, workflows, and business rules aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities include stakeholder management, documenting processes, testing support, and collaboration with development teams.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle software development experience.
• Experience as a business analyst or technical business analyst.
• Proficient in C++ and Java.
• Experience in insurance-related policy or claims is desirable.
• Experience creating business requirements, process maps, and technical specs.
• Experience with waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Elicit customer requirements using appropriate methods.
• Translate requirements into technical/functional specs for the platform.
• Design and implement insurance product data models and workflows.
• Create user interfaces and journeys within the platform.
• Define data transformation and mapping for conversions.
• Prepare testing documentation and support system testing.
• Communicate with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
• Produce client-facing documentation and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third parties to deliver projects.
• Manage project scope, plan, and costs; report progress to clients.
