Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in paraplanning or financial planning support.
• Strong knowledge of superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning strategies.
• Experience preparing SOAs and ROAs with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) and supporting documents in line with regulatory standards.
• Conduct in-depth research on superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement strategies to support adviser recommendations.
• Analyze client financial data, prepare projections, and assist in strategy modelling and product comparisons.
• Ensure all advice documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered within turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisers and Client Services to clarify strategy details and support implementation.
• Identify process improvements and maintain paraplanning workflows.
