Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a technical operations, data ops, QA, or similar analyst role.
• Solid understanding of HTML, DOM, and how browsers render pages.
• Experience inspecting page elements with browser tools to identify selectors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor scraper health dashboards to identify failed or degraded data extractions.
• Diagnose root causes from website layout changes or authentication updates.
• Use GUI scraper tool to retarget HTML elements and restore scrapers.
• Maintain logs of issues and resolutions for continuous improvement.
• Escalate complex issues with clear reproduction steps to engineering.
