Job summary

Hunt St is looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join as a remote independent contractor. You will shape a new core Salesforce-based platform, delivering enhancements, fixes and data analysis, while collaborating with key business stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce support, analysis or consultancy experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools, especially Flow.
Basic to intermediate Apex/LWC skills.
Familiarity with Jira or similar PM tools.
Knowledge of CI/CD (e.g. Gearset) and version control (GitHub).
Exposure to OmniStudio, JotForm, HubSpot, Slack, AWS S3 and Dialpad is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform enhancements and fixes.
Debug, root-cause analysis, and resolve Salesforce issues.
Investigate data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
Deliver solutions using declarative Salesforce tools (Flow, Validation Rules, Permissions).
Undertake light Apex and customisation as needed.
Support and troubleshoot system integrations.
Manage workload and priorities using Jira.
Document fixes, findings, and best practices.
