Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd seeks a Philippines-based Business Systems Administrator for a 100% remote Independent Contractor role. You will own Ascora implementation, migrate data, configure workflows, and train users across CRM, HR, and marketing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in business systems or operations IT aligned roles.
• Experience leading or supporting software implementations or migrations.
• Ascora experience strongly preferred; other similar systems acceptable.
• Strong configuration, workflow, data migration, testing, and debugging skills.
• Excellent SOPs, documentation, and user training abilities.
• Fluent English communication with Australian teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the client-side Ascora implementation and migration.
• Coordinate with implementation team and internal stakeholders.
• Manage data migration, configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead testing, UAT, issue tracking, and go-live support.
• Create SOPs, user guides, and deliver remote training.
• Provide first-level systems support and issue resolution.
• Develop automations using APIs, Zapier, Make, Power Automate.
• Maintain and improve CRM, file management, and document systems.
• Identify gaps and drive projects to completion.
