Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical escalation point across client environments.
• Lead the technical team on complex issues and provide mentorship and direction.
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions across cloud, networking, Microsoft environments, security and core IT infra.
• Lead multiple concurrent technical projects with clear delivery plans.
• Communicate project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders.
