Job summary

You will support financial advisers, prepare SOA/ROA, manage reviews, keep CRMs updated, and liaise with providers while maintaining compliance.

Experience with Xplan/AdviserLogic/Midwinter and strong English communication required; 3+ years paraplanning and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paraplanning experience.
• Strong understanding of Australian financial planning and compliance.
• Experience with CRMs such as Xplan, AdviserLogic or Midwinter.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support production of Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA).
• Manage ongoing client review cycles with follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Xplan, AdviserLogic or Midwinter.
• Handle implementation paperwork including rollovers and new investments.
• Liaise with product providers to track application progress.
• Coordinate adviser calendars and scheduling of meetings.
• Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
