Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to own configuration, optimization, and day-to-day administration of HubSpot as the central CRM and marketing operations platform. You will work with data flows from Shopify, NetSuite, and Klaviyo, maintain integrations, build workflows, and ensure data hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce teams, you will translate business needs into HubSpot configurations, dashboards, and campaigns,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HubSpot administration experience.
• Experience with Shopify and NetSuite integrations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and/or Operations Hub.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HubSpot platform, including user permissions and account settings.
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, sequences, and lifecycle stage rules.
• Own data hygiene and governance for contacts, companies, and deals.
• Manage integrations between HubSpot and Shopify, NetSuite, and Klaviyo.
• Create reporting dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Ecommerce to translate needs into HubSpot configurations.
• Manage custom properties, pipelines, and object structures as needed.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and serve as HubSpot contact point.
• Stay updated on new HubSpot features and implement useful enhancements.
• Support onboarding and training for new HubSpot users; document processes.
