Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs. You will ensure data quality, build automation, and support users to improve lead management and reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, strong knowledge of workflows, dashboards, and CRM governance in a B2B setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot administration in B2B environments.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Strong ability to build complex workflows, automation, and lead routing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HubSpot administration, configuration, and optimization for Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs.
• Maintain CRM data quality across contacts, companies, deals, and other objects.
• Build dashboards and reports for funnels, campaigns, and revenue.
• Provide user support, training, and governance for HubSpot usage.
