You will build end-to-end email programs in HubSpot, configure workflows, create custom dashboards, and maintain content calendars, ensuring QA and alignment with client goals. This role includes night shifts and remote work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end email campaigns.
• Experience creating custom HubSpot reports and dashboards.
• Experience managing HubSpot workflows and imports.
• Experience scheduling Facebook and X posts.
• Experience publishing LinkedIn company pages.
• Knowledge of AI content tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
• Configure campaign workflows, lead routing, and contact assignments.
• Create and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards.
• Handle HubSpot administrative tasks and data imports.
• Manage social media calendars and posts on Facebook and X.
• Publish LinkedIn company page content with approved assets.
• Log and track marketing requests and reporting tasks.
• Perform QA checks on campaigns, materials, and reports.
