Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize the HubSpot platform. You will support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service with CRM administration, automation, reporting, data management, and integrations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in HubSpot administration, strong CRM knowledge, and proven ability to design workflows and dashboards. This is a remote role with night shift scheduling and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration/configuration or CRM experience.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and related hubs (Sales/Marketing/Service).
• Experience creating workflows, properties, pipelines, lists, reports, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM with users, teams, permissions, properties, pipelines, and records.
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, sequences, lead routing, and lifecycle stages.
• Configure and optimize Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub features.
• Maintain CRM data quality and integrity, including imports, deduplication, and organization.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs across teams.
