Job summary

Staff Virtual is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams. You will configure workflows, properties, pipelines, and reports while ensuring data quality and system integrity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into HubSpot solutions, support integrations, and provide training and documentation as part of ongoing platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot administration/configuration
• Experience building workflows, properties, pipelines, lists, reports, dashboards
• Strong grasp of CRM data management, imports, deduplication, cleanup
• Understanding of sales and marketing processes, lead routing, lifecycle stages
• Experience managing HubSpot users, teams, and permissions
• Familiarity with HubSpot integrations, APIs, third-party apps a plus
• HubSpot certifications are preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM: users, teams, permissions, properties, pipelines, and records
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, sequences, lead routing, and lifecycle stages
• Configure and optimize Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub features
• Maintain CRM data quality and integrity: imports, deduplication, cleanup, and property management
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs across departments
• Manage lead scoring, segmentation, lists, forms, campaigns, and attribution tracking
• Support HubSpot integrations with third-party apps and troubleshoot data issues
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations to translate requirements
• Provide ongoing HubSpot support and training; document configurations and processes
• Conduct system audits and identify opportunities to improve automation and adoption
• Stay updated on new features and propose enhancements
