Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a CRM Specialist to manage HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You will administer properties, pipelines, and workflows, while ensuring data quality and governance.

You will build dashboards, optimize automations, and manage third-party integrations, serving as the SME and trainer for cross-functional teams. The role requires 3–5 years of HubSpot admin experience in B2B settings, with strong knowledge of Marketing and Sales Hubs and certification preferences.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot in a B2B environment.
• Expertise configuring HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Proven track record building complex workflows, lead routing, lead scoring, and automated CRM processes.
• Strong experience in CRM data architecture, data hygiene, imports, deduplication, and governance.
• Ability to build analytics dashboards covering marketing, sales pipeline, and revenue performance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with third-party integrations and data sync issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer CRM properties, custom objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing rules, workflows, users, and security permissions.
• Build and optimize complex automation for lead management, campaigns, handoffs, and engagement.
• Maintain data quality, audits, deduplication, enrichment, and governance standards.
• Create dashboards and reports tracking lead gen, funnel, attribution, pipeline health, revenue contribution.
• Configure and troubleshoot CRM integrations and data sync issues.
• Serve as SME for HubSpot, delivering user support, docs, and training.
