Job summary

Manatal is seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator to oversee day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs. The role focuses on data quality, automation, and reporting to support lead management, campaigns, and revenue attribution.

The ideal candidate will own CRM data integrity, build scalable workflows, and partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, and other teams to drive platform performance and adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot administration across Marketing, Sales and Service hubs.
• Experience building complex workflows, lead routing and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HubSpot administration, configuration and optimization.
• Manage CRM data, imports, deduplication, and governance.
• Build dashboards and reports for lead gen, funnel, and revenue.
• Troubleshoot integrations and data sync issues.
• Provide user support and training to marketing and sales teams.
