Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, and drive initiatives that strengthen engagement and culture. You will oversee performance management, learning and development, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with laws and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and HR operations.
• Solid understanding of employment compliance, HR policies, benefits, and compensation practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills for sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead full talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle from needs identification to successful integration.
• Advise on employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, conflicts and investigations.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture and inclusivity.
• Oversee performance management, appraisals, improvement plans, and development plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Manage employee benefits, compensation programs, HR policies and communications.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain and update the Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
