Job summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment of part-time staff in a fully remote setup. You will post jobs, screen resumes, and communicate with candidates.

Responsibilities include virtual interviews, maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with department heads, drafting job descriptions, and ensuring remote hiring compliance. A Bachelor's in Business Administration and 1–2 years' HR experience, plus strong English, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong English, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Office tools and ATS.
• Experience with remote hiring tools.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for part-time staff, including postings and resume screening.
• Conduct virtual interviews and relay feedback to hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking sheets.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand needs.
• Assist drafting job descriptions and optimize recruitment marketing.
• Ensure compliance with remote hiring practices.
• Respond to applicant inquiries and support candidate experience.
• Prepare weekly recruitment KPI reports.
• Contribute to talent pipelining and diversity hiring.
