Job summary

Insight Therapy Solutions is seeking an organized HR Officer to support the full staff lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. You will serve as a trusted HR contact for staff and managers, ensuring timely guidance on policies and workplace matters.

The role requires 4+ years HR Generalist/Officer experience, a PH labor-law understanding, and the ability to collaborate with overseas stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 4+ years of HR Generalist/Officer experience.
• Experience in a BPO, shared services, outsourcing, healthcare, or international environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with staff, managers and leaders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for staff and managers on HR matters.
• Lead recruitment, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain staff records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, leaves, and related processes.
• Support performance reviews, coaching, and improvement plans.
• Ensure policies are followed and HR compliance is maintained.
• Provide HR guidance while escalating high-risk matters.
