Job summary

Work For Prosper is seeking an experienced HR Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive HR and administrative support for a U.S.-based client. The role requires handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced remote environment, with independence and reliability.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality of all employee information.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on HR experience covering multiple HR functions.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients/employees is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, HRIS, and other HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR administrative functions, including employee records and documentation.
• Support recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, attendance, leave, and timekeeping.
• Provide support for payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain HRIS/ATS records, and ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and escalated sensitive matters when needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
