Job summary

More Staffing is seeking an HR & Talent Operations Associate to own the back office—contracts, invoices, records, onboarding and reporting—and to extend support to deployed talent as the base runs smoothly.

The role is structured in two tiers, starting with core contracts, invoicing and data management, then expanding to talent lifecycle and performance checks. It is remote with a full-time schedule and flexible hours.

• Strong forward planning for calendar-based engagement and tasks.
• Clear written communication for client and talent interactions.
• Ownership and proactive problem-solving with SOPs.

• Judgment in tiered responsibilities and performance discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own contracts, invoicing and finance support including creation, tracking and filing.
• Manage onboarding, coordination, and setup for new talent; conduct offboarding.
• Maintain talent rosters and back-end systems (Manatal, Google Drive).
• Prepare and distribute engagement certificates; assist Hubstaff and domain management.
• Develop SOPs and identify process gaps; propose fixes.
• Provide data reporting and dashboards for HR and admin.
• Conduct monthly/weekly check-ins and support talent success (Tier 2).
