Creating Info is seeking an HR Intern to join a fully remote setup, supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The role emphasizes hands-on exposure to core HR functions while developing communication and organizational skills.

The internship offers training, a collaborative environment, and a semi-flexible schedule, with an 800-hour requirement and potential onsite participation for year-end activities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled students in HR-related fields.
• Strong interest in recruitment and employee engagement.
• Experience with people engagement and creating good presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and fast learner.
• Open to a fully remote internship and 800-hour requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities such as applicant screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and reports.
• Prepare presentations and internal communications as needed.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
