Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience using ATS or HR software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
• Post job openings on portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance review initiatives.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
