Frontier is seeking an HR Associate to drive talent acquisition across multiple roles and clients. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless sourcing-to-hire experience in a fast-paced remote environment.

This role emphasizes detail, proactive outreach, and organized processes. You will manage multiple requisitions, coordinate interviews, and communicate progress to stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related fields.
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and relentless follow-up.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is a plus.
• Experience supporting remote teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Source candidates from diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes and applications while maintaining a strong quality bar.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities across multiple roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring goals and timelines.
• Track candidate progress and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate status updates and recruitment insights to stakeholders.
• Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Manage assigned requisitions from intake through offer stages.
• Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
