Job summary

Global Medical Virtual Assistants is seeking an HR Specialist to develop and implement human resources programs, onboard staff and virtual assistants, process contracts, update records, and enforce safety policies.

You will drive service-focused culture, support inquiries, organize training, and assist with retention initiatives while working from home. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Willingness to work from home permanently.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management and IC documentation upkeep.
• Maintain and update IC records and documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and required documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and orientation sessions for ICs.
• Drive a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality and service excellence.
• Respond to IC inquiries and address HR-related issues.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs.
