Job summary

Eastvantage is seeking an HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience while upholding company policies and labor regulations.

You will collaborate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate HR transactions, maintain records, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or administration.
• Proven experience with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, employee records, and HR case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, including documentation, HRIS updates, and orientation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and managers to ensure onboarding readiness.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires and ensure pre-employment requirements are completed.
• Manage end-to-end employee separation processes and exit documentation.
• Administer benefits programs, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with external providers.
• Process lifecycle transactions (promotions, transfers, status changes) and maintain HRIS records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy; generate HR reports and dashboards.
