Job summary

Global Medical Virtual Assistants is seeking an HR Specialist to develop and implement human resources programs, providing HR services, onboarding staff, supporting managers and virtual assistants, processing contracts, updating records, and enforcing safety policies.

You will drive a service‑oriented culture, respond to inquiries, assist in training, and help improve retention. A minimum of 1 year in admin or HR support is preferred; strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Willingness to work from home permanently.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management
• Maintaining and updating IC records and documentation.
• Preparing HR-related reports and documentation as required.
• Coordinating IC onboarding activities and orientation sessions.
• Responsible for driving, supporting and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality and service excellence.
• Responding to IC inquiries and addressing HR-related issues.
• Assisting in the organization of training and development programs.
